Landmark Property Management was formed in 1986 by founder Ann Cline, and has remained the premier property management company in the Sequim area. Designated Broker/Owner Heidi Ennes began working for Landmark as a Property Manager in 1994, went on to gain her Broker's License, and purchased the business from Ann in 1998. Ever since, she and her husband Greg have worked diligently to capitalize on their investment, making Landmark Property Management the thriving company it is today

Standards of excellence

Since 1986 Landmark has based our company on two core principles:

Landmark’s focus has never wavered. We are not sales agents. Our business is rentals. We manage single-family residences, apartments, multiplexes, and condos. Our staff is schooled in Landlord-Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Standards, and HUD regulations. More than that, we understand that the successful property management arrangement is based on the relationship that involves the property owner, the tenant, and ourselves. We have over 25 years experience in successfully negotiating those relationships within the confines of all applicable laws. We pride ourselves on integrity and dependability. We want to continue to serve the community we live in.

We are dedicated to our profession and are available 24/7 to both owners and tenants. Our staff works as a team; you will always get the answers you need, even if your contact is out of the office. We are hands-on, and often visit our rentals to troubleshoot or give a helping hand before calling for services. We have an open door policy; we welcome all, and treat every person with care and respect. We enjoy working in the non-competitive, cohesive environment we have created.
